YG1 M10 x 1.5 5% Cobalt Spiral Point Universal Machine Tap (7G Tolerance)
The YG-1 TCJ08 series Metric Coarse HSS 5% Cobalt Universal Machine Taps are ideal for general purpose machine tapping of a wide range of materials including: Steel, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron, Titanium, Nickel, Aluminium & Non-Ferrous. The bright finish prevents swarf sticking to the flutes. These come with a spiral point geometry for through holes and a patented design to prevent over feeding and premature tap failure. The 7G tolerance produces a loose fit thread for following treatment or coating.
